The following rules and policies form an agreement between the # 1 Poker Online Payouts’s virtual card room ( the “Card Room”) and all the participants (“Players”) at its website (“# 1 Poker Online Payouts”). Participation in any of the games (the “Games”) available at # 1 Poker Online Payouts will constitute an understanding and acceptance of the rules and policies set forth below. Failure to abide by the rules posted will result in corrective action to be taken by the Card Room and may include disqualification or suspension of a Player’s playing privileges.
i. Laws regarding gambling vary throughout the world and it is the responsibility of all Players to ensure that they understand and fully comply with any laws or regulations applicable in their own country or state. Players must be at least the age of legal majority in the jurisdiction in which they reside.
ii. Players acknowledge that the Games may be played for free or for real money. Participation in the Games is at the sole option, discretion and risk of the Player. By participating in real-money Games, the Player acknowledges and confirms that it is legal to do so in accordance with the laws of the Player’s jurisdiction, and that he or she accepts that the Card Room is unable to provide any warranties as to the legality or otherwise of his or her participation in real-money play at # 1 Poker Online Payouts.
iii. Any controversy or dispute among the Players shall be settled by the Card Room whose decision shall be final and binding in all respects. The Card Room requires that all controversies or disputes be reported by e-mail to .
iv. Players agree to hold the Card Room, its employees, officers directors, licensees, licensors, affiliates, and subsidiaries harmless and further agree to fully indemnify them from any and all costs, expenses, liabilities and damages whatsoever that may arise as a result of their (a) entry, use , or reuse of # 1 Poker Online Payouts, (b) use of any materials at # 1 Poker Online Payouts, (c) participation in the Games, or, (d) acceptance of any cash payoff.
v. The Card Room reserves the right to suspend or withdraw any Game in its absolute discretion. In the event of the cancellation of any Game for any reason, the Card room will not be liable.
vi. Players are solely responsible for the security of their account information and passwords. Should a Player inadvertently disclose his or her password to another person, the Player agrees to contact the Card Room immediately to modify the password. Players are responsible for any unauthorized use of their account and/ or password. In the event that a third party places a bet or is thought to have placed a bet, said bet shall be valid, whether or not the alleged third party had the prior consent or knowledge of the Player. Under no circumstances will any bet be cancelled for that reason.
vii. Players found using multiple browsers or found attempting to manipulate or ascertain information concerning # 1 Poker Online Payouts’s software code, will forfeit all chips and be deactivated as a Player. All wagers must be placed through the user interface provided on # 1 Poker Online Payouts. Any wagering through other means, including the use of a “robot” player, is strictly forbidden. The Card Room reserves the right to prohibit any Player from participating in the Games, and may, where situations warrant, freeze the chips of Players suspected of cheating. The Card Room further reserves the right to restrict seating and/ or to prohibit Players from playing in a particular Game, including restricting two or more Players from playing together at the same Game.
viii. Personal identity and details of all Players will remain confidential. The Card Room will not disclose details of any Player’s net winnings or losses. This is the responsibility of the Player, and if the Player resides in a jurisdiction where winnings are taxable he or she must keep track of these winnings and report them to the proper authorities.
ix. If a Player had chips at a table during a server crash, the game will be cancelled and all chips at the table and in play will be returned to the Player’s account. Neither the Card Room, its affiliates, agents or licensors shall be liable for any loss resulting from delays or interruptions due to electronic or mechanical equipment, to telephone or other interconnect problems, to defects or to storms strikes, walkouts or other causes over which they have no direct control (cas fortuity, force majeure), or to loss resulting form erroneous statements or to errors in transmission.
x. DEPOSITS AND WITHDRAWALS
Players who wish to play real-money games at # 1 Poker Online Payouts are first required to deposit funds into a # 1 Poker Online Payouts real-money account assigned solely to that registered player. Funds may be deposited into said account via Master Card, Visa, personal checks, money orders, wires or PayPal. Funds sent by checks or wires will be deposited into Players' # 1 Poker Online Payouts real-money account a maximum of three days after receipt. For the Players' protection, # 1 Poker Online Payouts has set a daily credit card deposit limit of no less than $50 (fifty dollars) and no more than $1,000 (one thousand dollars) per day. The maximum allowance of chip purchase per transaction will be no more than $500 (five hundred dollars). Players who wish to increase their daily chip purchase allowance may do so by contacting us. Concerning Withdrawals, If the amount you wish to withdraw is less than or equal to your original deposit, your credit card will be credited with the entire amount of your withdrawal request. The credit will appear on your credit card statement within 3-5 days. If the amount you wish to withdraw is more than your original deposit, your credit card will be credited the amount up to the original deposit, and the balance will be sent by check(minimum $50.00), wire or by using PayPal (your choice). xi. Players must comply with “table stakes” rules. In particular, a Player is not permitted to make a wager in excess of the value of chips on the table at the beginning of a hand. Players are permitted to acquire additional chips only between hands. If a Player runs out of chips during a hand, they are considered all-in. Players may not remove money from the table during a playing session. Taking money out of the game and continuing to play is not allowed in a table stakes format.
xii. The minimum buy-in is 10 times the small bet in the Game. This means a player needs $100 to enter the $10-20 game, $50 to enter the $5-$10 game and $30 to enter the $3-$6 game. If a player does not have enough money on deposit for the initial buy-in to enter a game, they are allowed to get action on their remaining account balance at the lowest limit Game ($0.25/ $0.50 limit game.
xiii. Players exceeding their all-in quota will have their hand folded if they are disconnected or are timed out for any reason. The onus is on the Player to monitor his or her all-ins, and may request to have them reset if he or she wishes to continue in a loss of all-in protection or suspension from the Game, as determined by the Card Room.
xiv. Players’ nicknames are the only means by which they can identify each other in the virtual cardroom. For this reason, the Card Room must limit the frequency of nickname changes, and will not permit nicknames that may be offensive to other players. The Card Room reserves the right to change inappropriate choices, or those that closely resemble others already in use.
xv. Abusive or offensive language will not be tolerated in the Games. Complaints will be dealt with swiftly, and may result in a suspension of playing privileges or such other action as may be required by the Card Room to ensure compliance.
