Banking Info
You may deposit funds to your Poker account using Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Checks, wires, money orders or Western Union. In case you face problems depositing with your credit card, we advise you to use Paypal to transfer funds to us easily. The minimum deposit to open a Real Money account is $50.00. For the security of your account, we have imposed certain limits on the number as well as value of transactions that are allowed in different periods of time. If your transaction is declined due to your exceeding limits imposed by us, you will receive an appropriate error message. There are no transaction limits on payments received by wires, checks, or money orders.
Visa / Mastercard / existing account
- Once you have downloaded and installed Poker on your computer, click on the poker icon on your desktop screen and then click on the "Cashier" button in the lobby.
- Click on deposit funds.
- Choose the option to pay by credit card.
- Fill out the form .
- The transaction will be processed and in less than 30 seconds you will be all set to play with real money.

Paypal
Paypal is used by over 9 million users and is among the safest and most efficient ways to make payments online. With a Paypal account you can send and receive money through e-mail and link it to your credit card or checking account. Paypal pays you $5 for opening an account with them. Making a deposit through Paypal is simple:
- Once you have downloaded and installed Poker on your computer, click on the Poker icon on your desktop screen and then click on the "Cashier" button in the lobby.
- Click on deposit funds.
- Choose the option to pay by alternate payment methods.
- You will be taken to a screen which will offer you two options - Paypal
- Fill the amount you wish to deposit through Paypal and click on the Paypal icon.
- It will direct you to a white Paypal screen.
- If you have an existing Paypal account enter your email address and Paypal password and press submit. If you don't have a Paypal account, please sign up for a new Paypal account on the same page, complete the Paypal signup process and continue with the payment through Paypal as described here for people with Paypal accounts. Please use the same email address for Paypal as you have provided to SiteName.
- If Paypal authorizes the transaction, funds will be in your Poker account in a few seconds.
- In case you don't receive funds in a few seconds, please email us with your Paypal email address and your Poker account ID and we will respond to you at the earliest. In case of any difficulties, please call our Cashier Toll Free 1-888-337-8195. We advise you to become a verified Paypal customer as you will then be able to conveniently send and receive funds directly from your checking account.
Wire Transfers
You may send us a wire transfer too. There are no limits to how much you may send to us through a single wire transfer.

In order for us to give you credit faster, please email us with the following information once you have wired the funds:

Checks or money orders
You may send funds by cashiers' checks, bank drafts, personal checks or money orders. - Date of check / draft / MO
- Date sent

We will credit your account immediately on receipt if the funds are sent by cashiers' check / bank draft / money order. We prefer to not receive personal checks and will wait for receipt of clear funds to credit your account if you send us a personal check. Note: Our Western Union branch office is closed on weekends. Payments sent on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) will only be processed on Monday. Payments sent after 5pm EST, will be processed on the next business day. Upon completing the request through your local Western Union office, email us with the following information:
- Amount sent
- Poker ID
- Full Name
- Western Union Control #MTCN (Money Transfer Control Number)
- Date and time of wire
- State where you issued wire from
- Western Union charges incurred
Withdrawals
It's just as easy to withdraw money from your Poker account, as it is to deposit! You need to let the cashier know you wish to make a withdrawal by clicking on the cash-out button and filling up the withdrawal amount. You may make withdrawals whenever you please. We will however require you to wait for 8 hours from the time of your last credit card / Paypal deposit before you make a withdrawal.
We will send funds to you in the following order of preference:
- To your Visa card up to the amount of your purchases through your Visa card
- Paypal, unless you have requested us to send funds to you through a check
- Check / wire transfer
We prefer to use Paypal for sending funds to you as it is the safest and quickest method of transferring funds online. For more information on Paypal, please refer to www.Paypal.com.
In case Paypal does not have a network of associated banks in your country, we will send the funds through check up to $ 1,000.00 and through wire transfer if the amount is greater than $ 1,000.00.

Processing time for cash outs
Visa card: The funds will be sent back to your Visa card / account by the cashier within a period of 48 hours. However the card processor / bank may take an additional period of 2-3 days to credit your account.
Paypal : Refunds through Paypal will be sent to your Paypal account in a maximum of 72 hours.
Checks : Checks will be mailed in a maximum of 4 working days from the date you request a cash out. These may take up to 3 weeks to reach you taking into account postal delays.
Wires : Wire transfers are processed in a maximum of 4 business days and the funds will be in your account in 7-8 days. Processing fee for payments by wire transfers will be $35.
In view of the processing and mailing costs, the minimum cash out request is $50.00.
